WITH regard to the Neighbourhood Plan for Malton, I propose that the Saturday market be moved to the covered area behind the Spotted Cow and thus release all the parking spaces for general use.
I also suggest that the covered area be available, for market stalls, every day of the week, just as they are in the larger metropolitan areas.
