AN ART exhibition on one of the most colourful figures in 20th century art is being staged in Malton this weekend Salvador Dali (1904-1989) became the best known of the surrealists, establishing aworld wide reputation with his striking and often bizarre imagery.
Marc Goldmark, exhibition organiser, said: “Dali loved printmaking.
“It is wonderful to think that for between £350 and £4,000 any one of us can now own an original print by this great artist."
The exhibition, which includes 40 original prints by Dali, made in the 1960s and 1970s, is travelling through North Yorkshire The show is at the Milton Rooms, in Market Place, until tomorrow, from 10am to 6pm.
