A SCARBOROUGH-based firm is planning a major devlopment in China.
Scarborough Developments (China) Limited (SDCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scarborough Property Company plc, established an operational base in Shenzhen last year.
It has now been granted planning permission for a major retail, commercial, hotel and residential development in Changzhou, in the state of Jiangsu. The project will be developed in a joint venture with Top Spring International Corporation, a Hong Kong-based company.
SDCL says the project will have an end value of £200m. The Landmark Commercial Centre will have 4m sq ft of space.
