Gazette & Herald:

Turn to your left and the butchery counter is packed with locally reared poultry, lamb and pork – with own farmed beef and award-winning steaks - produced from Beadlam Grange’s own Limousin herd - the stars of the show. This dry-aged meat gives fantastic flavour and you can even order your meat aged to the length of time you prefer, giving you the depth of flavour, you require. Meat and poultry orders are currently being taken for Christmas, but don’t delay if you want to be sure of the best.

Next comes the Deli counter, with a huge range of Yorkshire cheeses, cured meats, and locally made pies and pasties, cakes and tarts. These are fresh daily and don’t stay around very long! Flanked by the fresh vegetable display full of seasonal produce, you can be sure your purchases will be fresh, local and tasty.

Gazette & Herald:

The Bistro is open from 9.30am for breakfast and lunch is served from noon. All the dishes make the most of the farm shop’s best produce and you mustn’t miss the monthly Steak Night, which takes place on the last Friday of the month. A celebration of the “Great Taste Award” winning Limousin beef from Beadlam’s own herd, these events are a carnivore’s treat with a menu limited to only steak.

The Head Butcher selects, prepares and matures the very best of Beadlam Grange’s home-reared Yorkshire Limousin beef fillet, sirloin and rump steaks and works his magic to give you a truly delicious experience. The places are limited, so booking is essential.

The upper bistro room seats 40 and is available to hire for private events, from funeral teas to business lunches and parties.
