NORTON College has backed anti-bullying week and its special theme of All Different All Equal.

Each day, throughout the week, a series of 15-minute activities were added to lessons, across all year groups, focusing on being unique and respecting individuality,

Julie Barber, the college's pastoral director, said: “At Norton College we take a great deal of pride in placing as much emphasis on how children grow up to be respectful and responsible citizens in our community.

“The week has been about celebrating what is unique, promoting responsibility and rejecting unkindness. Workshops have been delivered for all year groups.

"Other workshops have included a focus on gender and sexuality and another on ability and disability.”
