Driver, 17, arrested by police
A 17-YEAR-old driver was stopped by police last night near Malton. He was found to have no licence or insurance and could not prove legitimate access to the vehicle so was arrested for the theft of it. He was also asked for a specimen of breath and found to be only just under the legal limit.
