THE ANNUAL Good Friday Gathering took place in Malton Market Place this morning This year the Good Friday celebration was organised by the town’s Methodist and Baptist churches.
Held outside St Michael’s Church, the open-air service included a mixture of hymns, Bible readings, prayers and drama enactments.
The hymns were accompanied by a 'scratch' band including members of the White Star and Salvation Army and Swinton bands.
