A PICKERING business has changed its management structure in the face of increasing demands.
Invicta Bakeware, which has its factory base in the town, is a manufacturer and supplier of equipment to the bakery, catering and food processing industries.
As part of the restructure, the role of operations manager has been created, which has been taken by Martin Brown.
As part of his new role, Mr Brown will oversee the implementation of new machinery and systems to keep the company at the forefront of changing technology within the industry and the development of new products.
He said: "I am very pleased to be joining Invicta. It is a company that embodies the best of both worlds; a long-standing manufacturing heritage with all the associated experience and expertise that goes with it."
