THREE men have been arrested in connection with poaching and possession of drugs.
Police stopped two vehicles near Hutton-le-Hole at around 4pm on Saturday.
The men, two in their 40s and one in his 20s, were arrested on suspicion of poaching. One of the men was also arrested on suspicion of possessing a class-B drug, believed to be cannabis.
All three men, who are from the Stokesley, Middlesbrough and Scunthorpe areas, have been bailed.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “We would urge anyone with information about this incident to contact police on 101, and quote incident number 121600 17494.”
