Students from Lady Lumley’s School, in Pickering, have visited Stratford-upon-Avon to study the play The White Devil.
Afterwards, the group of A-level drama and English literature students took part in a question and answer session where they investigated how and why the directors chose to convey the themes to an audience to highlight key problems within a modern-day society.
The following morning the students took part in a workshop lead by an Royal Shakespeare Company member.
