SIDE-stepping convention with incendiary results, East London jazz quintet Led Bib will set The Shed alight in Hovingham Village Hall on Saturday night.
Led Bib set off with delicate wandering-off meanderings then return to roar like hungry, uncaged tigers with a nerve shredding energy and skill to blow the cobwebs off any cynic.
They released their third album, Led Bib Live, in March to critical acclaim.
“If you don’t go near jazz because it just isn’t noisy enough, then come back to life with the deliciously uncivil Led Bib,” said Observer Music Monthly’s Paul Morley.
Doors open at 7pm and tickets for this standing only gig cost £12.50/ £7.50 under 16s. Telephone 01653 668494 or visit www.theshed.co.uk for further information.
