FOLK musician Will Varley has been announced as the support act for The Proclaimers, when they play at live Scarborough Spa on Saturday, June 11.
The rambling folk singer, who has famously walked more than 500 miles along England's south coast with a guitar on his back, saw an incredible year last year with the release of his critically-acclaimed third album Postcards From Ursa Minor.
His previous two albums also received rave reviews from Q magazine and Roots and he has been described by Frank Turner, as "one of the best singer-songwriters in the UK".
After a sell-out headline UK tour in February and March 2016, Will embarks on his biggest year to date with a tour in America throughout March, headline festival shows and of course supporting The Proclaimers on their latest UK tour.
