NORTH Cave show jumper Ollie Dales is helping to organise the first-ever Area 15a Show jumping at Bishop Burton College on April 25 and 26.
Saturday’s showcase includes the “The Ship n Track” area trial, which is a course of show jumps standing at 1.50m which will bring in some of the UK’s most elite competitors. Sunday’s competitions will host a wealth of horse and pony championship qualifiers, bringing in some of North Yorkshire’s leading showjumping combinations.
The public will be able to gain access to watch some of the best horses and riders in action completely free of charge as the organisers wish to try to make it a fun family day out for everyone.
There will be various stalls selling some local produce, as well as a bouncy castle and pony rides.
This is a non-profit event aims to promote one of the most visual viewing sports, accessible to every one of all ages.
This is also a great opportunity to view Bishop Burton College facilities.
