MANOR Farm, in Thornthorpe, once again held a well-attended dressage and showjumping competitions.

Natalie Hardstaff, on Newmark, rode a superb prelim 14 test to have a clear win by 26 marks, finishing on a score of 200, with Katherine Rayment and Chapelhill Zak in second place. Katherine then pulled out all the stops in her second test to take first place over Natalie in the novice 24 test.

Victoria Robson made a comeback in the showjumping ring on the super-fast Snow Patrol, to win the senior 85cms showjumping with a usual fast clear round. Chloe Fairley, riding Inca, went away the clear winners in the hotly-contested seniors 90cms. Rachel Inman and Hobbs are sweeping the boards this year, adding a couple more wins to their tally in the 85cms and the 95cms.
