WHITWORTH Sam Hey Sam's family would like to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and organisations attended by Sam for all their kind words and messages of support at this sad time. Special thanks to Peter Lear for a wonderful service, all the Pickering and Scarborough Hospital doctors and nurses for all their kind support to Sam over the years. Also to Geri and staff at Barnes Funeral Services, Pickering for their caring and efficient funeral arrangements. Finally thank you to all who contributed to the donations for Aviation Fellowship and St. Georges Church, Wilton.
