BULMER Alan Norma and family would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for their messages of sympathy received in their recent sad loss of Alan, very much loved Husband, Dad, Father-in-Law. Grandpa, Papa and Great Grandpa. Thank you to Scarborough General Hospital, Malton Hospital, nurses, doctors, physio, OT, porters, domestic catering staff, Yorkshire and Humberside Ambulance, Castle Hill, York District Hospital, Derwent Surgery, doctors pharmacy, nurse receptionist, Beechams Chemist, community nurses at primecare, Ryedale Homecare, Marie Curie and York Against Cancer. Special thanks to Rev. John Warden for the uplifting service at Octon and eulogy memorial service at All Saints Church, Slingsby. To Alice Rose Brayshaw (Grandaughter) for the very special poem, so well read to all in church. Sincere thanks to Ted and Ann Agar and Kerry Gibson for the sympathetic and efficient arrangements throughout. Also Sarah Scaife for the excellent catering arrangements. Great thanks for all the generous donations made to All Saints Church, Slingsby and Parkinsons UK.
