LAMB David Dianne, Christian and Daniel would like to thank all friends and colleagues of David at this difficult time. Thank you to the District Nurses and Pickering Medical Practice for their care of David, to Colin Nolan who gave such a lovely service and to Dawn Inman for efficient funeral arrangements. Thank you also to the Ox Pasture Hall for their hospitality. Finally thank you to all who attended the funeral service and who gave so generously to the District Nurses and Macmillan Cancer Care. Total amount raised was £500.
