FOX Hazel Dave and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the cards and messages of sympathy received during their recent sad loss. Special thanks to doctors and all staff at St. Catherine's Hospice. Thanks to District Nurses and Start Team who helped to care for her in her own home. Thanks to the Rev'd Judy Duke for her kind words and comforting service. Grateful thanks to S Bowes & Son Funeral Director for caring and professional funeral arrangements. Finally, thanks to everyone who attended the service and who gave donations so generously for the hospice.
