BARTRAM Anthony Keith Liz and Tom would like to thank friends and colleagues for their messages of condolence and for attending Tony's funeral. Thank you to everyone who supported them in looking after Tony at home, Dr. Saxby and all the staff at Stamford Bridge Surgery, the District and Macmillan Nurses and the carers for their kindness and compassion throughout this difficult time. Thank you also to Martin at Rowley & Sons for caring and efficient funeral arrangements, to Wendy at York Cemetery for her patience, to Margaret Jenkins for her comforting delivery of the Eulogy and to Emma Sherbourne-Spence for her contribution to the service and her support throughout. Thank you to everyone for the beautiful floral tributes and for the generous donations in Tony's memory, which amounted to £601 for Stamford Bridge Patients Trust.
