Will is the Head of News at the Telegraph & Argus, managing a team of talented multi-media journalists who cover Bradford and the wider West Yorkshire area. He has also been the Motoring Reporter for more than a decade, roadtesting hundreds of vehicles in that time to bring in-depth trusted car reviews to readers. Topics of specialist interest include regeneration, transport and politics. Will started his career at Newsquest more than 20 years ago as district reporter covering Shipley before working his way up to City Centre Reporter and then onto the Newsdesk.
Away from work, Will is a keen sportsman, having played semi-professional football for Buxton and Curzon Ashton. He is also a successful amateur cricketer, winning trophies for Birch Vale in the Derbyshire & Cheshire Cricket League and then for Upperthong in the Drakes Huddersfield League.
