HALIFAX hooker Ben Kaye faces a one-match after being charged with a dangerous throw in last week's game at York City Knights.
The foul happened late on in the Knights' 38-16 win at Bootham Crescent, when Joe Batchelor was lifted and dumped to the ground in perilous fashion.
Referee Tom Grant did not show any cards but put the 77th-minute incident on report and awarded York a penalty, which Connor Robinson goaled to seal the victory. The foul has been rated a grade 'D' offence by the Rugby Football League disciplinary panel.
