Duncombe Park’s Brian Leckenby hit his second successive league century – and his third three-figure score in eight days – in a division three win over Bolton Percy.

Leckenby has racked up 424 runs in four innings without being dismissed in his purple patch.

In making 118 not out, Leckenby hit 19 fours and three sixes as Park totalled 194-4 to surpass the 191-7 posted by Bolton Percy.

Percy’s runs came from Jamie Rigby (54), Tom Malloch (40) and Tom Atkinson (35), as Paul Wilkie claimed 4-60.

Leaders York III were humbled at Thorp Arch & Boston Spa, where the hosts emerged as five-wicket victors.

Ian Jarvis made 62 in York’s 160 all out.

Boston’s response was led by Alex Bird (60no), as Steve Beales claimed 3-25 in a losing cause.

Sheriff Hutton moved to within a point of second-placed Welton & Brough when they defeated Bubwith by 63 runs.

Sheriff’s Nick Olney hit 54 and Alan Franks made 47 not out in their 198-8.

Dave Stephenson took 5-45.

Nick Schofield (3-29) and Joel Wilford (3-18) then combined to bowl out Bubwith for 135. Neil Readman made 56.

Stillington gained their first success of the season, dismissing hosts Scarborough for 161 to win by 18 runs.

Within Stillington’s 179 all out there was 60 from Karl Simpson, who stood solidly against Ashish Kundi’s 6-29.

When Scarborough replied, Theo Smith made 46 and Darren Mills hit 25, but Adrian Leckonby’s 4-33 proved to be decisive as the home side capitulated.
