YORK City Knights have unveiled their new playing kits for the 2021 season.

The home shirt is described by the club as a “refreshing modern take on the iconic amber & black chevron design that York RL wore in their first ever season at Huntington in season 1990/91.”

While the away kit is a “vibrant all amber outfit with black trim and is a homage to the 1981 Division 2 Championship winning team, as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of a memorable season.”

The kits are produced by Supro Sports, with York St John University once again the main shirt sponsor.

The badges of local community clubs New Earswick All Blacks, York Acorn, Heworth, York Lokos and Harrogate Fire Ants as well as the York & Selby Rugby League Referee’s Society are part of the shirts.
