THE Middleton Hunt point-to-point takes place this Sunday on trainer Mick Easterby's land at Sheriff Hutton.
A total of 113 entries have been received across seven races, including the prestigious Grimthorpe Gold Cup - one of the highlights of the Yorkshire pointing calendar.
Racing begins at 1pm.
There will also be pony races, starting at noon, for the younger jockeys and a licensed bar. Admission is £12 per adult.
The opening race is the Hunt Members. A Club Conditions race is the second race on the card, followed by the Restricted.
Some old rivals will no doubt turn up for the feature race, the Grimthorpe Gold Cup, including Monsieur Jourdain and One Conemara.
Next is the Open Maiden, run over three miles, before the Intermediate - a qualifier for the final at Cheltenham - and the final race, a maiden run over two miles four furlongs.
