A TALE as old as time was brought to the stage by students at Norton College.
More than 80 pupils were involved with the production of Beauty and the Beast.
Director and choreographer Chloe Shipley said: “As the curtain closed on Norton College’s school production of Beauty and the Beast, all staff and students reflect on what an incredible experience it has been.
“The school hall was taken over by the Expressive Arts faculty who led their students of performing arts and production arts to work creatively on this production.”
Miss Shipley added: “With over 80 talented students involved across all year groups 7 to 13, this is by far a whole school team effort. The sixth form students were in charge of creating this production as part of the BTEC Production Arts course, assisted by other students within the school.
“It has been fantastic opportunity to bring a Disney musical to the stage of Norton. It is what makes our job so rewarding, giving the children these experiences.
“The students put so much time and effort into rehearsals that they really respect each other and are proud of themselves.”
