MEMBERS of Malton and Norton Fairtrade Group are holding a fair next week as part of the annual Fairtrade Fortnight.
The event, which will take place at the Friends’ Meeting House, in Greengate, Malton, on Saturday, February 29, will showcase both Fairtrade and crafts.
A number of craftspeople will also be demonstrating their skills.
It will be open from 10am to 4pm. Entry is free and Fairtrade refreshments will be available.
Janice Gwilliam, from the group, said: “There will be large range of Fairtrade craft items on offer, along with Fairtrade refreshments, including the usual wonderful fruit cake.
“Local crafts people will be showing off their skills and there will also be a range of Fairtrade crafts, chocolates and Easter eggs,” added Janice.
