THE Met Office is warning that windy weather could cause some disruption in North Yorkshire today.
The "yellow" warning runs from 5am to 9pm and says some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely and high-sided vehicles could be affected on exposed routes and bridges.
Some short term loss of power and other services is also possible.
