CREWS from Pickering, Malton, Kirkbymoorside and Goathland responded to an overturned milk tanker on the A169 near Lockton, at 10.38am on Friday. The driver, who was in his 60s, was out of vehicle and treated at scene as a precaution. Firecrews stemmed the leak of milk and engine coolant, and stood by till recovery and another empty milk tanker attended to recover the tanker and decant the majority of the milk which was still in the tanker.
