THE Great North Air Ambulance was called to Danby at 1.30pn today.
A team was called to assist Yorkshire Ambulance Service after a female walker, in her 30s, was taken unwell near Danby on the North Yorks Moors.
The patient was assessed on scene by the aircrew doctor and paramedic team before being flown to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough for further treatment.
