I RECENTLY received my copy of the (all news is good news) NY Times newspaper, the mouthpeice of North Yorkshire County Council, telling me it had been a bad winter and we are all going to have our pockets picked for £30, in addition to an inflation-busting tax figure.
Let’s hope we do not have any more harsh winters. Otherwise we shall be simply signing our incomes over to this bloated organisation that needs trimming and bringing back into the realms of the real world.
