Along with half of the county I attended the food festival in Malton and was delighted to see the Market Place brimming with stalls and more importantly customers.
However, I have been intrigued by one thing. Those members of our council who are in favour of a supermarket on the site of Wentworth Street car park were probably supporting the food festival venture, and future initiatives.
Well, therefore I ask this. Where are people going to park?
