POLICE are appealing for the driver of a car who may have witnessed a crash to come forward.
A Seat Ibiza being driven by a 19-year-old Malton man left the road and collided with a tree in Easthorpe at the junction to Amotherby at 2.15pm on Wednesday.
He was taken to York District Hospital but later released.
Now, police are trying to trace the driver of a black car, possibly a Volkswagen, which was being driven through Easthorpe at the time.
