A North Yorkshire housing development has officially sold out.

Barratt Homes’ Grey Towers Village in Nunthorpe attracted high demand before selling its final properties.

Located in a semi-rural setting with good transport links, the development offered a mix of homes suited to both families and first-time buyers.

Steven Ball, sales director at Barratt Homes North East, said: "We are thrilled to announce that Barratt Homes’ Grey Towers Village development is sold out.

"With the final buyers moving into their homes, it will complete the community that we are already seeing thrive.

"Since its launch, the development has been popular with a range of buyers looking to buy property in North Yorkshire.

"We are delighted to be able to accommodate so many buyers and families to move into new, energy-efficient homes."

The Nunthorpe development proved especially popular with both local residents and those relocating to the area.

A spokesperson for Barratt Homes said: "The community at Grey Towers Village is now complete after seeing high demand for the development’s final homes."

For those who missed out, Barratt Homes recommends its Highgrove development at Wynyard Park, located just 15 miles away.
