Police have issued a photograph of a man, dubbed the “Temu Spider-Man of York” by officers, sought in connection with items being stolen from a parcel delivered to a home in the city.
The parcel was left behind locked gates when its contents were stolen on Tuesday, August 11, North Yorkshire Police said.
CCTV footage from the housing management company was shared with the force showing a man “climbing the fence and stealing the contents of the parcel”, a police spokesperson said.
They said police want to speak to the man pictured about the incident.
