A driver has been arrested following a serious crash that left multiple people injured.
The 19-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving after the incident, which took place at around 11.45pm on Tuesday, August 11, in Foxholes, Ryedale.
A grey Seat Leon travelling north towards Scarborough left the road on the B1249 Main Street and overturned in a nearby field.
The driver, who suffered serious injuries, was arrested on August 25 and has since been released on bail.

Three male passengers, aged 17, 16, and 16, were also seriously injured.
The passengers are assisting the investigation.
North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses, as well as anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage from the area on the night of the collision.
