Tributes to motorbike rider who died in East Yorkshire crash

TRIBUTES have been paid to a man who brought 'warmth and joy to those around him.'

Darren Higgins, who was 38, died in a crash near Burton Pidsea in East Yorkshire, on Friday, August 28.

Paying tribute to Darren, his family said: “Darren was a cherished son to Michelle, a much-loved brother to Kaisha, Sammi and Danielle and a caring grandson who brought warmth and joy to those around him.

His family continue to be supported by specialist trained officers.

A Humberside Police spokesperson said: "Enquiries remain ongoing to determine the full circumstances around the collision, and we would ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident, has any information, including dashcam footage leading up to the collision, to please contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 296 of August 28."
