The Pickering Pie Company Limited, located at 6 Market Place, Pickering, has submitted an application to the North Yorkshire Council.
If approved, the licence would allow for both live and recorded music from 8am to 11pm every day.
The company has also requested permission to supply alcohol both on and off the premises from 10am to 10.30pm every day.
The application was filed under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The public has the opportunity to submit any comments or concerns about this application until July 16.
