Youngsters are invited to join a marine rescue mission at SEA LIFE Scarborough.
The 'Sea Creature Rescue Squad' is an interactive event aimed at inspiring children to protect marine life.
Running from July 11 to October 3, 2025, the experience highlights the challenges marine creatures face, such as plastic pollution, habitat loss, and the effects of climate change.
A spokesperson for SEA LIFE said: "This summer, SEA LIFE is calling on young ocean heroes to step up, learn, and take action – because beneath the waves, incredible marine animals need our help more than ever."
Families will follow an activity trail around the aquarium, taking part in missions, learning facts, and discovering ways to help marine life.
Completing the trail earns participants a reward and the chance to make a personal pledge.
Participants will also encounter various sea creatures, including rays, sharks, and sea turtles.
The Sea Creature Rescue Squad experience is part of the standard SEA LIFE admission, and visitors are advised to book online for the best prices.
The event will take place at nine SEA LIFE aquariums across the UK.
