NEARLY 400 appointments were missed last month at a North Yorkshire surgery.
During April 359 patients did not turn up for their appointments at Derwent Practice in Norton.
Recently released figures also show the surgery, which currently has 20,991 registered patients made 8,568 appointments in the same month.
Of these, 6,811 were face to face appointments, 1,135 telephone appointments, 264 classes as other, 86 home visits and 218 care home visits.
In additional 8,492 calls were answered by staff at the surgery.
Derwent Practise was rated very good by 365, good by 42, neither good nor poor by nine and very poor by four people.
