A well-known folk duo is set to perform at Helmsley Arts Centre next month.
British folk singers Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman will be appearing on stage on May 15.
The duo has been entertaining audiences together for 30 years, starting off together in the folk band Equation in the 1990s.
The pair have since received recognition from the music industry, winning the BBC Radio 2 Folk Award for 'Best Duo' twice, as well as Fatea Magazine and Spiral Earth awards.
To commemorate their 30-year career, Roberts and Lakeman released their first live concert album, 'Another Day at the Circus.'
The album features live performances that reflect the unique entertainment they provide on stage.
Their live shows are said to be "brimming with charm, wit, and musical mastery" and have earned them a devoted following and a reputation as one of the best in the British folk and acoustic scene.
