A RECEPTION desk at a North Yorkshire doctors' surgery has closed.
From today (April 20), the Nurse Reception Desk at Derwent Practice will no longer be staffed.
A spokesperson for Derwent Practice said: "This change is part of improvements we are making to enhance the patient journey within the practice as previously communicated.
" All enquiries should be directed to the Main Patient Services Desk, located at the main entrance which will be staffed by our GP Reception and Nurse Reception staff who will be known as the Patient Services Team."
