THE first winner of the Great British Bake Off (GBBO) is bringing his celebration of the worlds's most beloved ingredient to a North Yorkshire town.
Kemps Bookstore in Malton are delighted to welcome GBBO winner Edd Kimber to the Milton Rooms.
Passionate about baking from a young age, he entered the first series of the GBBO in 2010 and has since become a best-selling author and food journalist, featuring in The Guardian and on BBC Good Food, as well as regular appearances on Saturday Kitchen and Sunday Brunch.
His newest book, Chocolate Baking, is a celebration of the world’s most beloved ingredient; from showstopping cakes to irresistible cookies and elegant tarts to comforting bakes, Edd shares 100 recipes that showcase chocolate in all its delicious forms.
