I FIND Mr Anderson’s comments regarding Pickering Surgery grossly unfair. My own experience since moving here over 20 years ago could not be more different.
Pickering is a much larger diverse town nowadays and the Practice has moved forward and updated in line with these changes. Since the Pandemic the Practice has had to move forward and the new Triage System works well in the main at responding to need. In my experience the staff are very helpful in trying to give an appropriate response to requests.

The Surgery decided a while ago to operate a re-set period at lunch time to enable everyone to co-ordinate and complete paper and systems before carrying on with the second part of the day. During this period the staff are able to take a break but the Surgery can still be contacted by telephone if necessary. So WELL DONE to all the staff and a big thank you - you are very much appreciated.
