Crews called to suspected fire in boiler room
Crews from Kirkbymoorside and Malton responded to a suspected fire in the boiler room of a property at 11.55am yesterday (Sunday). After the crews arrived at the property on the A169, near Pickering, it was quickly identified that steam had activated the smoke alarms and there was no sign of fire. Crews reset the alarm and gave advice to the occupant.
