M&S Simply Food store at BP in Norton
After many years of dutiful visits from London to see my in-laws, I have inevitably been disappointed at Malton’s claim to be ‘The Food Capital of the North’.
But wait a minute... on my latest visit last weekend, I now realise that Norton is the true jewel in the Ryedale culinary crown, with the arrival of the M&S Simply Food store.
What a joy to find such a great selection of top-quality food available at most hours that would satisfy all tastes.
Well done Norton... my stomach has nothing to fear from my future visits... only the in-laws!
