Graffiti in a Norton play area has been tackled as part of a police and council initiative.
PCSO Crockett from North Yorkshire Police was in attendance with the Community Team and enforcement officers from North Yorkshire Council for an Op Community at Riverside View, Norton.
A police spokesperson said: "This was in response to complaints of graffiti at Riverside View Play Park. Local residents in the area were visited to discuss any issues that they had experienced and to provide security advice.
"We rely on the public to inform us of any issues they are experiencing, so please continue to report issues to us on 999 for emergencies or 101 in non-emergency situations."
