A Malton crew was called back to a horse box on fire yesterday evening (Sunday).
The crew attended along with the police to the fire in Park Road, Norton at 6.37pm.
The crew extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet. Heavy fire and smoke damage had been caused to the vehicle. The incident was left with the police.
Earlier in the afternoon a crew from Malton responded to reports of a horse box on fire on some wasteland in Park Road, Norton.

The Crew used one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus to extinguish. The cause of this fire is believed to be deliberate.
