In Div 1 Coneysthorpe B are on the cusp of winning the title after carrying out another demolition job this time on Ryedale B who turned out a strong side of Titch Temple, Jan Bryan and Ruth Purseglove but for all their years of experience and guile they couldn't stop Dave Quinlan, Mark Antrobus and Michael Kwan powering to victory 10 nil.

Stablemates Coneysthorpe A have fallen off the title chase and are now odds on to lose their champions status as they once again conceded three points turning out with only two players against Rillington A 's Phil Horton, Dan Stansfield and Chris Needham who were thankful for the freebies as they went down 7-3 as Gareth Bryning and Russ Barton won all the singles plus the doubles.

Swinton with hopes of finishing third visited Amotherby A and ran out comfortable winners 9-1 thanks to a trio of wins for Pat Swindell and Paul Morse plus a double for Kenny Brown. Dave Gamble and Andy Holmes struggled to make an impression leaving Malcolm Sims to win one and avoid the whitewash.

Chris Gamble was once again the saviour for Ryedale E as he remained undefeated against Ryedale C's Andy Paton, Andrew Malley and Mike Wheatley. Unfortunately his teammates Mike Askham and Alan Kimber couldn't match his performance as the Rye's fell to a 7-3 loss.

In Div 2 Amotherby B confirmed their status as champions after defeating 3rd place Ryedale F 6-4 giving them an unassailable points tally. Congratulations go to Ian Johnson, Richard Brown and Ken Darby leading the division from the word go in a stand out display of consistency that contenders couldn't match.

The runners up spot is all to play for after 2nd place Ryedale G defeated Rillington C 9-1 thanks to a trio of wins for Roger Wilkinson and Ian Hutchison plus a brace for Graeme Little saw them thwart Keiran Leckenby and Steve Ellis leaving Chris Bown to pick up a single.

Westow were worthy winners running out 8-2 victors against Amotherby C thanks to star man Anthony Fuller with a treble plus doubles for Sara Winn-Darley and Colin Payne. Both Alan Mitchell and Barbara Johnson lacked that vital edge leaving teammate Barry Sunley to score two.

Amotherby D romped to victory 9-1 over Ryedale I thanks to flawless displays from Linda Clarke and Nick Knight plus a Rose Gamble double. It was a hard night for both Pete Whitfield and Stephen Cass with only Rob Williams solo effort to show for all their hard work.

Rillington B proved too good for Ryedale H in an impressive display which saw Keiran Leckenby and Greg Welburn-Kelly both remain undefeated with David Leckenby taking a pair to win 8-2. Andrew Dent replied with a single before Paula O'Donnell and Terry Stone took the doubles to gain some consolation.
