A CHARITY has started the early stages of developing its popular calendar – and is urging budding photographers in Ryedale to get involved.

Saint Catherine’s has launched an appeal for photographs to be featured in its 2024 calendar.

The charity is looking for landscape, colour images taken of Scarborough, Filey, Hunmanby, Whitby, Ryedale, Bridlington, and Driffield – across all seasons.

Richard Barwick, fundraising operations team leader, said: “We really enjoy seeing our supporters’ photos each year as they start coming in for the next year’s calendar.

“We have some talented photographers in this area and beautiful scenery.

Winter images will also be considered for use on the Saint Catherine’s Christmas cards.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, April 14.

Participants are asked to email their photographs, including their name and telephone number to fundraising@saintcatherines.org.uk
