AN outline application has been made for a residential development and commercial site in Helmsley.
The Hybrid Planning Application includes residential planning permission for up to 50 dwellings, with all matters reserved along with outline planning application for mixed use development for commercial, industrial and storage uses with associated open space, all matters reserved.
The plans apply to a total area of 3.12ha on land South of Riccal Drive, Helmsley
The application has been made by Northminster Land Ltd.
A decision is expected to be made by Ryedale District Council's planning committee.
